Suspended accounts

We may suspend an account that breaks our rules. For example:

• selling counterfeit items, or items that aren't allowed
• trying to take payment outside Sharewear
• scams, abusive messages or threatening behaviour
• repeated orders where items weren't as described or weren't sent

What happens

While an account is suspended, its listings are hidden from the shop, its profile isn't shown, and it can't buy, sell, make offers or send messages.

Any orders that were already paid for are still looked after. Buyers stay covered by buyer protection.
