Deleting your account

You can delete your account at the bottom of Settings.

Before you delete it

• Finish any open orders. If you've sold something that hasn't been collected or posted, or bought something that hasn't arrived, complete or cancel it first. We'll show you which orders are still open.
• Check you've been paid. If you're owed money from completed sales, set up payouts so it can be sent to you first. Money that hasn't been paid out is lost when you delete your account.

What gets deleted

• If you've never bought or sold anything, everything is deleted: your profile, listings, photos, offers, messages and favourites.
• If you have, your profile, listings that haven't sold, photos, favourites and login details are deleted, and you'll show as Deleted member. We keep a record of the orders themselves, because we have to keep payment records. Your reviews stay with those orders.

Deleting your account can't be undone.
