Leaving reviews

After an order is complete, the buyer and seller can each leave the other a review.

Leaving a review

1. Open the completed order from My orders. Orders waiting for your review are highlighted.
2. Tap the stars to give a rating from 1 to 5.
3. Add a comment if you like. It's optional, but helpful for others.
4. Tap Post review.

You have 30 days after an order completes to leave a review, and you can review each order once.

Where reviews appear

Reviews appear on the member's profile, and their average rating shows on their items. We'll email them when you post one.

Automatic reviews

If a seller cancels a paid sale, or doesn't post an item within 5 days, Sharewear adds an automatic review to their profile, marked Automatic review. It counts towards their rating, like a 1-star review.

Keep it fair

Reviews should be honest and about the order: how the item matched the listing, communication, and the handover or postage. Reviews that are abusive, share personal details or aren't about the order can be removed.
