Changing your details
Name, email, password and location.
Name and email
Go to Settings to change your name or email address. If you change your email, we'll ask you to confirm the new one.
Password and security
In Settings, choose Security to change your password. You can also turn on two-factor authentication there, which asks for a code from an app on your phone as well as your password. We recommend it.
Your location
Your town comes from the postcode you enter the first time you list an item. It's used to show buyers roughly where an item is. We never show your full address.
Bank details
Bank details for your payouts are kept by Stripe. Update them on the Payouts page.
