My parcel hasn't arrived

Check the tracking

Open your order. If the seller added a tracking number, check it on the carrier's website. Parcels can take a few working days, especially at busy times.

Not posted yet?

Sellers should post within 3 days of your payment. If it's been longer, message the seller to ask.

Still nothing?

If your parcel hasn't arrived and the seller can't help, report a problem from your order page.

Do this before 7 days have passed since it was posted. After that the order completes automatically and the seller is paid.
