My item isn't as described
Wrong size, damage or not what was listed.
An item is not as described if it's significantly different from the listing. For example:
- it's a different size from the one listed
- it has damage, stains or wear that weren't mentioned or shown
- it's a different item, colour or school from the one listed
- it's counterfeit
Small things, like slight colour differences in photos or normal light wear on a Good condition item, usually don't count.
What to do
- Message the seller first. Many problems are honest mistakes and can be sorted quickly.
- If you can't sort it out, report a problem from your order page before the order completes. Add photos to your chat with the seller showing what's wrong.
If we agree the item isn't as described, you'll get a full refund. We may ask you to return the item to the seller first.
