Refunds

When you'll get a refund

• We agree there's a problem with your order, for example the item isn't as described, it never arrived, or the seller didn't hand it over. You get a full refund, including postage and the buyer protection fee.
• The order is cancelled before the item is handed over or posted, by you, the seller, or automatically if it isn't posted within 5 days. Cancelling an order
• An item sold to someone else just before your payment went through. This is very rare, and we refund you automatically.

If you started checkout but didn't finish paying, you haven't been charged.

How long it takes

Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. They usually take 5 to 10 working days to show, depending on your bank. We'll email you when we send it.

Changing your mind

Because Sharewear is for second-hand items sold by other parents, you can't return an item just because you've changed your mind, if it was as described. Check sizes and photos carefully before buying, and ask the seller if you're unsure. You can message them from the item page.
