Arrange a time

After you've paid, open your order and tap Message to agree a time and place with the seller. Tips for a safe collection

Your handover code

Your order page shows a 6-digit handover code. When you collect:

1. Check the item first. Make sure it's what was listed: right size, right condition.
2. Then show the seller your code. They enter it on their order page.
3. That completes the order and the seller gets paid.

Only share your code once you're happy with the item. Giving it out tells us you've got the item, so never send it by message beforehand, and never share it with anyone who isn't handing the item over.

If something's wrong

If the item isn't as described, don't hand over your code. Leave without it and report a problem from your order page. Your money stays held while we look into it.
